Breathtaking view on the lake with Brissago, Porto Ronco and Ascona. View on the Maggia valley and surrounding mountais. Complete interior and infrastructure. Heating and fireplace. There is a private beach exclusive for our guests. Permanent/saisonal rent possible (please register early).  Two parking lots (1 covered). Min. rent 5 days. Short term booking possible. Generous environnement guarantees undisturbed privacy. Within 30 Minutes drive: Traditional Market (Luino, Italy) Vistists of Locarno, Ascona, numerous hiking possibilities. local events.

Location description: The area is called "Locarnese", according to the local city. This lombardic little town built up an internationol reputation with its famous movie festival (August). The sister city, only a few kilometers away, Ascona, is a pittoresque touristic place at the lake. There are numerous tipical "Grotti ticinesi" where original and delicious food is served. The lake and the surrounding mountain area offer numerous hiking and sport facilities. More history offers the capital (Bellinzona) with medieaval fortresses and a lovely old town center.
