Beautiful apartment, indoor pool, large balcony with lots of sun

At the entrance to the Dischma valley you will find the apartments "Uf'm Büel" consisting of several buildings in an extremely quiet area with a lot of sunshine. It's an easy short walk to the ski school Bünda for children and adults alike. The cross country slopes pass the houses. The ski arena Parsenn and it's surroundings are a short 10 minutes walk away as are the shopping centers, post office, banks and train station.

You will find the flat on the 3rd floor. It's airy with views towards Davos facing South with a large balcony. A lift takes you to the flat. The living room is equipped with leather settees, a large flat TV as well as a music center for your iPhones. The dining area
with it's pine table, chairs and walls are typical for the area and equipped with plenty of dishes as well as for Fondue and Raclette. The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic top, Gaggenau oven and microwave, large fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and a normal coffee machine, blender, mixer, toaster and water heater. Cookery books, spices and plenty of glasses add to a comfortable stay.

For a small charge, there are two bowling alleys and a sauna as well as a party room that can also be rented for a small fee. The indoor swimming pool is one of  the larger private pools in Davos with it's 16.6 m length. a tennis table is also available with settees nearby to follow the action.

Please note that this a non smoking flat and that no animals are allowed whatsoever.

The floors are wooden parquet and it is not allowed to walk on them with ski boots, high heels or special spikes attached to boots/shoes.

There is a reserved parking space in the garage. The garage has a heated ramp.
