Fantastic view over Lake Lucerne towards Bürgenstock (20 km away) and Rigi. Emmetten is located 25 km from Lucerne and 54 km from Andermatt on a pre-alpine terrace about 300 m above Lake Lucerne. The motorway connection to the A2 (Gotthard route) can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Five cable cars connect the hiking and winter sports areas of Emmetten, Stockhütte, Klewenalp and Niederbauen. Emmetten guarantees relaxing holidays all year round with a wide range of activities. In summer, attractive bike offers are available in the "Bikearena Emmetten". Fans of paragliding will also find great offers here. In winter, Emmetten offers numerous activities. The ski area is connected to Klewenalp and offers holiday guests a variety of winter activities to suit every taste - 40 km of slopes invite you to snowboard and ski.
