Hacienda de la Palma is located a few miles from the historic town of Ecija. Surrounded by olives, it has now been carefully restored and adapted to the needs of today, which has managed to combine the taste of yesterday with the comfort required today. The outside gardens, pool, and superb night lighting, make everyone who visits us enjoy some unforgettable days. Quiet place where you can still enjoy a sky full of stars. Because of its location in the heart of the region, and its proximity to the motorway N-IV, the Treasury should cater to your starting point to learn Andalucia.

The Cottage (Hacienda de la Palma) is an old restored farmhouse.
It consists of three units fully equipped with a large central courtyard and a common shared pool. The house has parking on the outside.
The house (El pozo 4 places) of about 60 mt, has a living room with kitchenette 30mt. Two double bedrooms with two single beds a small bathroom with sink, wc. and shower.
The kitchen has all cooking utensils, electric stove 4 burners and a refrigerator.
The decoration of the house nice mix typical of the area furnished with a traditional architecture.
All rooms have air conditioning in summer and warm air in winter. In addition to a fireplace.
Bed linen and towels are included.
The house has a terrace area for exclusive use with terrace furniture, parasol and barbecue.
The surroundings of the house are olive groves and countryside.
Near the house you can organize riding activities, sightseeing, hiking, and its location you can visit the cities of Ecija, Cordoba and Seville.
The owner who lives nearby, will be attentive to any incident during the stay.
The land the house is fenced. The house has wireless internet connection, laundry and ironing room and satellite TV channels with some French and English speaking.

    “Prachtig huis, ligt afgelegen, maar dat staat duidelijk vermeld en wij zijn dat wel gewend in de vakantie. Wij hadden het 6-persoonshuis met z'n 4-en, dus een zee van ruimte. De eigenaar legde uit dat het huis zo groot was zodat je met meerdere familie's tegelijk kon gaan en dan dit huis als gezamenlijke ruimte gebruiken. Wij zaten van de 9 dagen er 6 helemaal alleen in het hele complex en dat was heerlijk. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er met de uitzondering van een scherp mes.”

    “Mooie hacienda, rustig gelegen en een mooi schoon zwembad. Sevice was meer dan goed te noemen.
    Directe reactive op vragen. Hoewel de taal ietwat belemmerde was dit niet overkomenlijk. Bijzonder vriendelijke, aardige en behulpzame verhuurder. Genoten van dit landhuis en de service. Je moet er een aantal km's voor rijden maar dan heb je ook alles.”

    “Een prachtig vakantiehuis. Alles was er beschikbaar. Een ideale locatie voor als je rust zoekt na het bezoeken van de drukke steden Sevilla en Cordoba.
    Het huis was schoon en de eigenaar laat een telefoon van hem achter zodat je hem altijd kunt bereiken, mochten er problemen zijn. Wij hebben s avonds vaak de haard aangestoken omdat de avonden nog fris waren, het brandhout is gewoon gratis beschikbaar bij het huis.
    We hebben het er goed naar onze zin gehad. Wij hebben jammer genoeg geen gebruik kunnen maken van het zwembad, omdat het water daarvoor in maart nog echt te koud is.
    Het weer daarentegen was perfect om de steden te bezoeken.”
