The apartment is on the first floor of an apartment house in the centre of the municipality of Villastrada Umbra.



The 50m² apartment comprises an entrance area, two double rooms, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway, and can accommodate 4+1 people.



The very shady garden provides garden furniture, hammocks, a swing, barbecue area, children’s play equipment and a mountain bike, which can be used free of charge by guests. The sun terrace with a panoramic view is furnished with chairs, deckchairs and a table and has an outdoor shower. The property offers free wireless Internet access and a whirlpool in the garden. Small pets are allowed on request.



The owners look forward to welcoming guests cordially and to giving them a small sample of olive oil produced themselves as a welcome gift.

    “Sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber und zentral in der kleinen Ortschaft Villastrada gelegen, ca. 13 km bis zum Ferienort Castiglione del Lago, neben der Ferienwohnung ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, der viel mehr als das notwendigste anbietet, die Familie wohnt mit im Haus und ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr kinderfreundlich, im Garten stehen Grill, Fahrräder und Sonstiges zur gemeinsamen Benutzung bereit, meine Kinder hatten viel Spaß mit dem Whirlpool, WLAN und TV, etc. alles perfekt, zu Erwähnen ist auch die schöne Dachterrasse zum Relaxen und von wo aus man den Übergang von der Toskana nach Umbrien bei wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen betrachten kann, eine kleine Pizzeria in der Ortschaft ist ebenfalls vorhanden.”

    “La sistemazione risulta facilmente raggiungibile in auto, si trova sulla via principale sopra l' ufficio postale, si presenta ben pulita e la cucina è completa con tutti gli elettrodomestici (dal forno convenzionale al micro-onde alla tv), le camere sono spaziose e dotate di armadi capienti.

    Il giardino è completo di attrezzature da svago e la terrazza è dotata di sdraio, ombrellone, ecc. Per l'auto esiste un posto esterno a ridosso della casa su una via trasversale alla via principale, anche se i proprietari hanno dato disponibilità di mettere l'auto nel giardino (per chi preferisce).

    I proprietari stessi sono molto gentili, disponibili e molto presenti alle eventuali richieste che potrebbero essere necessarie, restando sempre molto discreti e lasciando la massima privacy.

    Per gli acquisti, a meno di cento metri dalla abitazione, si trova un supermercato ben fornito dove è possibile effettuare le compere varie (non è necessario usare l'auto!) dotato di banco freschi, banco frutta, e banco carni. La posizione è ideale per gite fuori porta, in circa 40 minuti si arriva a Perugia (parcheggio dello stadio poi con minimetro si raggiunge il centro) e in una ora si arriva a Siena (parcheggio il campo poi 5 minuti a piedi e si arriva a piazza campo), per chi vuole in 2 ore scarse si arriva a Roma.”
