Holiday house with two holiday apartments with modern interiors, a garden or a roof terrace

The tandem holiday house consists of two holiday apartments each with two bedrooms and two double beds. The apartments can be combined into a large holiday house. The house was converted to a holiday house in 2011 and provides completely new, lovely bathrooms with a shower. All the floors are tiled or laid with light laminate. The furnishing is modern and provides everything you need.

The house was built around 1896 and has been restructured several times over the years. The house looks back on a long history and has been family-owned for over 50 years. It was once the house of a horseshoe smith with a little workshop. Then an electrics shop with an adjoining residence, and now a holiday house since 2011.

Holiday apartment on the ground floor

The holiday apartment with a garden is on the ground floor.

It provides a cosy kitchen unit with a dishwasher, a ceramic hob and oven with an extractor, as well as a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster and all the necessary cooking and roasting utensils, as well as glasses. The open kitchen has a comfortable dining space for up to four people, also for sitting together should the weather be less than inviting.

The adjoining conservatory, which also has central heating, gives you the impression of sitting outside, even when the outdoor temperatures are still fresh. The wooden terrace with an adjoining little section of garden and a brick-built fireplace is ideal for grilling or just for a cosy fire.

    “Das Objekt ist von inner sehr schön eingerichtet und schon groß.Abends oder auch am Tage kann man schön im Vorgarten sitzen und wenn man Lust hast auch Grillen.Das einzige was nicht so toll ist das das Schlafzimmer an der Straßenseite ist und die dann nicht so ein festen Schlaf oder keine früh aufstehen sind werden etwas früher wach sein(meine Meinung nach ist man ja auch im Urlaub und möchte was unternehmen und nicht bis 11uhr schlafen”
