The flat, renovated and fully furnished during summer 2012, is situated in a historic building from the early nineteenth century.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. It has a quiet and brightness living/sleeping area with a double comfortable sofa bed. Eventually there is a single bed ideal for kids.The kitchen is separated by a door. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The living/sleeping area is equipped with air conditioning and digital TV. The flat is for 2 adults and one child.

    “Lage: sehr zentral im Ort von Ponte gelegen, daher "mitten im Leben", ergo auch laut. Kirchenglocken von allen Seiten, Menschengemurmel bis in die Nacht, knatternde Vespas, etc. Wer es richtig ruhig braucht, sollte nicht hierher kommen; vielleicht ist es in Sant'Angelo oder irgendwo in den Bergen dann besser... Wer aber das italienische Leben verträgt, der findet auch hieran Spaß.

    Ausstattung: Küche modern, aber klein und sehr einfach bestückt mit Kochutensilien (ein Schneidbrett beispielsweise haben wir einfach mal gekauft und da gelassen, die Töpfe/Pfannen sind aus dünnwandigem, beschichteten Aluminium...); vierflammiger Gasherd, großer Kühlschrank mit ausreichend großem Eisfach. Duschbad bequem groß für zwei gleichzeitig am Waschtisch, Bidet und Waschmaschine sind schöne Extras, mehr als genügend Hand-/Badetücher verfügbar. Schlafcouch: bedingt bequem, aber für eine Couch in Ordnung. Insgesamt hätten wir gerne mehr selbst gekocht, wurden aber ein wenig durch die Ausstattung gehindert. So haben lokale Lokale eben mehr Umsatz gemacht.

    Sauberkeit: tip-top.

    Vermieter: der Bonus "on-top". Er war immer äußerst hilfreich und freundlich, spricht gut Englisch (auch wenn er das verneint) und tat deutlich mehr für uns, als von einem Vermieter erwartbar wäre.”

    “Ho soggiornato una settimana ad agosto e devo dire che sono rimasta molto soddisfatta.
    La casa profumava di nuovo ed infatti il proprietario ci ha confermato che avevano da poco terminato la ristrutturazione. Ci ha mostrato anche l'altro appartamento adiacente, che era enorme ed affacciava sul centro storico, tuttavia abbiamo preferito questo, anche se non aveva sbocchi esterni poiche essendo solo in due abbiamo davvero poco tempo in casa.”
