Recently built stone house with a pool in a quiet Istrian village
This stone house is in a tranquil little village near Kanfanar.
The accommodation is newly built and has a luxurious interior. It can accommodate up to eight people at a four-star standard. Four inviting and comfortable bedrooms await you. Two of these have a double bed and the other two have two single beds.
On the ground floor there are the kitchen and the dining room with a fireplace. You can step out onto the lawn from the separate living room. The first bathroom with a shower is also on the ground floor. The first floor has two bedrooms and another bathroom. The same awaits you on the second floor, which also offers a wonderful view of the sea on the horizon.
The house is fully air conditioned, wireless Internet access is available and you can use a washing machine. The highlight of this accommodation is the modern, private pool. From 2015 there will also be a whirlpool for five to six people.
Pets are allowed at a supplementary charge. Since 2014 there is also a “games room” of around 100m², with a range of entertainment such as a pool table, table tennis, table football, darts, karaoke, video games and a home cinema system.
Rovigno beach is about 17km away. A ramp leads onto it, so it is accessible for prams and therefore family-friendly. The nearest locality is Kanfanar about 1km away, with e.g. a post office and a doctor. The nearest supermarket is just 100 metres from the house.
