The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 1980, renovated in 2002 and is modern furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water. For common use are available: sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, fire place and court. Electric charging station for cars, Orbitreck. Washing machine and iron on request. Boat mooring at buoy free of charge on request.

Grebaštica, 00 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 400 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.
