This villa with a Mediterranean garden and a pool is located on the ocean and offers direct beach access via stairs, to the private beach with crystal clear waters in the high end, exclusive neighbourhood of Costa de los Pinos, on Mallorca's east coast. On the ground floor, you will find two living rooms with satellite television and a dining room, the large, modern kitchen, as well as the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There is also a bathroom with a shower and the utility room (with a washing machine, a dryer and an iron) on the ground floor. The bedroom is furnished with a 200 cm x 200 cm bed. There is a wardrobe and plenty of storage. The other three bedrooms are on the top floor are each furnished with two 90 x 200 cm beds. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. All three bedrooms grant access to the roof terrace with ocean views. The modern Inox kitchen is fully loaded with a gas stove, an oven, two fridge/freezer combos, a microwave a toaster, a coffee maker, a nespresso machine, a blender and a juicer. The villa also has Wi-Fi, central air conditioning (heating/cooling) and a satellite television and fireplace in the living room.
Outside, you can chose from a covered and an uncovered patio, where you can enjoy your meals. A barbecue is available for your use, as well. Sun loungers and shade surround the pool area. Enjoy the beautiful garden and the stunning ocean views. At the edge of the property, steps lead down to a small beach, suitable for small children.
It is 300 meters to Costa de los Pinos beach. Restaurants and shops are only about 200-1,000 meters from the property. It is about 300 meters to the golf course. Nightlife can be found in the next town (5 km).
