This wonderful, lovable and comfortably furnished stone house provides the required comfort. The home has two apartment units. One unit has a separate entrance at the back of the house with a bedroom and bathroom. There is a tavern available nearby as shown in the pictures. The house is surrounded by a pretty and large garden and is in a quiet, tranquil and peaceful location. Do explore the beautiful and interesting surroundings. Visit the cities, Labin, Rabac, Pula and Rovinj and explore the hinterland. The Bay of Kvarner is located between Labin and Rabac and has great historical tourist attractions, pristine, beautiful nature with friendly hosts and crystal clear sea. Do enjoy a memorable holiday in this home. For additional privacy, the guests can make use of another bedroom with a separate entrance and a private bathroom.

    “Das Haus befindet sich am Ortsrand in sehr ruhiger Lage. Es wirkte z.T. etwas abgewohnt und als komfortabel empfanden wir es nicht, allerdings machte für uns die Lage des Hauses, der sehr saubere Pool (wurde alle 3 Tage gründlich gereinigt) mit seiner traumhaften Aussicht und das schöne Grundstück dieses wieder wett. Ein Trampolin und zwei Mountainbikes standen auch zur Verfügung.

    Vom Nachbargrundstück hatte man Blick auf den Pool, wir fühlten uns aber absolut nicht gestört, man hat kaum jemanden gesehen. Bei Regentagen ist das Haus nicht unbedingt als gemütlich zu bezeichnen und für 8 Leute vielleicht nicht zu empfehlen, bei Sonnenschein für uns - zwei Erwachsene mit Hund - perfekt.
