Quietly situated semi-detached house in the tri-border region near Lake Constance
This holiday apartment is a short drive from Lake Constance, right by the forest in a quiet location.
It is a semi-detached house with 120m² of living space. It can accommodate up to six people and is comfortably furnished. The spacious living and dining room has a large sofa bed, satellite TV, a CD player and a dining table with chairs. On the ground floor there is also the fully-equipped and spacious kitchen with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge and dishwasher. There is a little guest WC here. The upper floor comprises three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed (180 x 200cm), while the third has two single beds (90 x 200cm). The bathroom is fitted with a bath, a shower, a WC and two washbasins.
There is garden furniture in the outdoor area. There is a large south-west-facing balcony. Smoking is only permitted on this balcony. A double garage is available.
The house has oil central heating with underfloor heating in all rooms.
The nearest little town 3km away has everyday grocery sjops. Holzhäusern and your accommodation are ideal for day trips to Austria, Switzerland and Lake Constance.
