Two storey holiday house in the countryside
This house is situated in a quiet, rural area in the town of Albons, only four kilometres from the closest beach.
The layout off the holiday home extends over two floors and accommodates four to a maximum of six people. On the ground floor, you will find a vestibule (veranda) with outdoor furniture. A staircase leads up to the living area, which is composed off a hallway with a bedroom with bunk beds to the left. Next, you will find the parents' bedroom furnished with a double bed and a built in closet. Furthermore, you will find a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet, a sink and a small wardrobe. The living/dining area is furnished with a sleeper sofa (accommodating two people), a television, a cabinet and an extendable dining table. The fully furnished kitchen is right next to the living/dining area and is equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave. The cooking appliances run on gas. From the kitchen, you can access a terrace/balcony. The rooms are equipped with mosquito screens on the windows. Wireless internet access is available.
On the outside, there is a garden, a courtyard with a barbecue area and a small kitchen garden. From here, you can enjoy the views over the surrounding fields. Parking spaces for several vehicles are available in the area of the front entrance.
The owners live close by and, if you are interested, offer local products. Before your arrival, the house will get stocked with water, milk, fruit and cookies.
The house is located in the town of Ampurdá in the province of Girona. There are numerous architectural sights and picturesque towns nearby. The vicinity is very quiet and rural. The house is registered in Catalonia under license number HUTG- 014035.
