Attic apartment
The attic apartment is on one level and measures around 200m². It has two bedrooms each with a double bed, of which one boasts its own shower room, and a third bedroom with two single beds, along with a further bathroom with a bath and shower. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. The apartment also comprises a dining room, a living room and a sun terrace. The apartment provides all the necessary modern comfort.
The panoramic terrace has garden furniture and a grill.
Owing to the stairs, the apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users. The apartment is on the second floor, the top floor of Palazzo Urbani. On the ground floor and first floor there are trompe l’oeil paintings simulating a view of fantastic buildings and scenes, but in the attic apartment this was not necessary, as the view you enjoy is reality and quite incredible, unobstructed in all directions towards many smaller and larger localities in the hilly landscape of the region, the white sails of the Adriatic Sea, the majestic Monti Sibillini. You can experience the fragrances of spring, as well as autumn fog, the colours of the sunrises and sunsets, different every day. It is a place where you can get to know a very special way of life, quite antique and yet so modern. 200m² of total peace and quiet, but at the same time a starting point for exploratory tours in the Marche, a beautiful and unassuming region.
