Apartment with stunning mountain views of the Mur valley

The apartment is located in a two-story house, which has a sunny south west facing terrace overlooking the incredible views of the Mur valley. The village, which is set on a hillside overlooking the Mur valley is located just outside the town of Pöls, and about 10Kms from Judenburg.



The apartment has 60m² living space which includes living/dining area, two double bedrooms, kitchen area and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge, coffee maker and various kitchen appliances.



If you just want to relax the Aqualux Therma Spa is only 15Km's away at Fohnsdorf. For motor racing enthusiasts, the recently refurbished Red Bull Ring is only 25Kms away. The circuit although only re-opened in 2011 as the Red Bull Ring, has a long history holding major events such as Formula 1, was formerly known as the A1 Ring and before that the famous Österreichring. Some of the Local Ski Areas are Lachtal, Kreischberg, Grebenzen, Gaaler Lifte, Hohentauern, Praebichl.

It is typical for Central Europe with cold winters (going down to minus 20 degrees Celsius) and hot and sunny summers (going up to 35 degrees Celsius during some days in August).     “Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub in der Wohnung verbracht, ich würde fünf Häuschen vergeben. All das was beschrieben war, haben wir vorgefunden. Es war alles sauber. Ich würde mit meiner Familie und Hund wieder dort Urlaub machen.”

    “Wir können dieses Haus mit sehr ruhigem Gewissen weiter empfehlen, die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man genießt einen wunderbaren Ausblick in die Umgebung. Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit, alle Geräte im Haus funktionierten und auch die Reinlichkeit war perfekt. Familie Clark, die uns dieses Haus übergeben hat, hat alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit vorbereitet. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal in Pöls.”

    “The property had all the facilities we needed & the garden and surrounding area were lovely with stunning views across the valley. This is a perfect place to relax and get away from it all.
    We had a wonderful time while there, just a shame we were unable to stay longer.
    We would love to return in the winter for skiing.”

    “Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist alt. Das Kücheninventar muss der Personenzahl angepasst und überdacht werden. (z.B. keine Eierbecher, Eierlöffel) Der fehlende Fernseher hat uns nicht gestört, gehört aber zur Standartausstattung mit dazu. Die Waschmaschine ist ok, aber wo ist der Wäscheständer zum Trocknen? Einen alten Gartentisch bekamen wir nach 3 Tagen. Die Außenanlagen sind ungepflegt mit der Begründung, dass kein Gärtner zu finden wäre. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung entspracht nicht unseren Ansprüchen. Ich habe alles was wir benutzten selbst abgewischt, die Küche klebt. Das Bad war verdreckt, besonders hinter der Waschmaschine. Wir haben die meiste Zeit im Freien verbracht, im Winter wären wir abgereist.”

    “The decor of the apartment is in keeping with the original design and character of the property.
    Following the feedback from previous occupants the items below have been addressed.
    A TV with DVD player and satellite receiver has now been installed, although there are only a limited number of stations are available. A clothes drying rack is included along with iron and ironing board. The garden table and chairs have been replaced with better quality, and a gardener has now been found to maintain the upkeep of the garden throughout the year.The apartment has been thoroughly cleaned throughout, and every effort is being made to maintain it to this standard.”

    “Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ausreichend. Backröhre des E-Herdes war defekt und es ist kein Fernseher vorhanden, was heute wohl überall Standard ist. Gartenmöbel konnten wir auch nicht nutzen, da der Verwalter (Engländer sprach fast kein deutsch) keinen Schlüssel für den Abstellraum besaß.
    Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung lies sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Toilette und das gesamte Bad waren schon länger nicht geputzt worden. Im gesamten Haus roch es sehr muffig. Die Außenanlage war auch sehr ungepflegt.
    Für die Endreinigung sollten wir 50 Euro bezahlen, haben aber nur die Hälfte bezahlt, da wir ja erst noch sauber machen mussten, um überhaupt auf die Toilette gehen zu können.”
