“Es war sehr schön, doch nicht dem Preis angemessen Negativ: Im inneren des Hauses würde ich sagen besteht nachhol bedarf , Kühlschrank gehört abgetaut die Kaffeemaschine und den Wasser Kocher habe ich entkalkt , es ist nicht unbedingt alles auf einem von dem Preis angepassten Niveau.”

“Die Ausstattung und Lage war sehr schön - schnell zu erreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände. Ein großer Pool mit Salzwasser der leider zu stark gechlort war. Mir fehlten auf dem überschaubaren Hausgrundstück die typischen Rosmarinbüsche und Citrusbäume. Dagegen hatte man eine super Weitsicht und eine entspannte ruhige Lage.”

“Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Besonders hervorzuheben auch der sehr große Swimming-Pool.
Ein kleines Minus ergibt sich durch die Landstraße. Obwohl das Haus nicht direkt an der Landstraße liegt, ist je nach Windrichtung mit Verkehrsgeräuschen zu rechnen.”
