Villa Pinta is situated in Dajla, 150 meters from the beach. It consists of four apartments, two bigger 4+2 and two smaller 2+2. The house has big garden completely closed with fence. Garden is enriched with Mediterranean plants what makes Villa Pinta perfect place for vacation.

This holiday apartment is in a house only about 100 metres from the beach.

Outside there is a large terrace with a sea view and there is also a garden with a garden shed, a range of seating and a grill, for sitting and dining outside with friends and family. The whole site is fenced and can only be accessed through a lockable gate. Only guests have a key.

It is a large apartment with 67m² of living space for up to six people. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed and satellite TV. The fully-equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine), the bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom with a bunk bed and the large bathroom with a toilet provide all the necessary comfort. The apartment is fitted with air conditioning and heating.

The beach is 100 to 150 metres from the house and is suitable for children and adults. There are grocery shops just 200 metres from the house and a large shopping centre 3.5km from the house. The house is near the large vineyard in Dajla, where there are also two cafés.

A private parking space is available. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. A child’s bed is available on request for a family with a toddler. Pets are also welcome.

    “Auf absolut jeden Fall wieder!! Positiv: Netter Vermieter; eigener kleiner Garten; wir konnten unseren Hund mitnehmen; alles in der Küche vorhanden,was man so braucht; eigener Parkplatz dabei Negativ: Gab es gar nichts! Restaurant: Restaurant Delfin - Von Daila aus Richtung Porec fahren, bei Tar rechts ins Lanterna-Resort geradeaus runterfahren, dort direkt am Meer gelegen.
    Super freundlich, kinder-& tierlieb und seit Jahren unverändert leckeres Essen zu guten Preisen Ausflüge: Dog Dream Beach-bar - Perfekter Hundestrand mit Kieseln, Bar vor Ort, nette Leute,auch klasse mit Kindern”

    “Gute Ausstattung (nur der Geschirrspüler hat uns gefehlt :-) ), sehr netter Empfang. Sauber, gute Lage, alles gut organisiert. Der kleine komplett eingezäunte Garten mit Terrasse war Super. Schön dass man auch unkompliziert mit Hund mieten kann. Positiv: Klimatisierung, gute Ausstatung.”

    “Sehr gute Ausstattung. Netter Empfang. Sauber, Gute Lage.
    Alles gut organisiert. Terrasse super mit kleinem Garten.
    Schön dass man auch unkompliziert mit Hund mieten kann.

    “Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung; schöne breite Terrasse, eigener Parkplatz, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einfach Super! Vermieter sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist gut. Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar (nicht überfüllt!). In 10 Minuten Entfernung ist noch ein Kiesel- und Felsenstrand, den wir empfehlen würden. Preis-Leistung ist gut. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt TOP!!!”
