Holiday house with two separate apartments

Enjoy a leisurely holiday here. The beach with crystal clear water is just a 3-minute walk away, 150 metres. The house consists of an apartment for 5-6 people on the ground floor and a further apartment for 6-7 people on the upper floor.

The house offers plenty of space and large terraces with a sea and mountain view. It can accommodate up to 13 people comfortably – ideal for a holiday with acquaintances and friends. There are many supermarkets and other shops nearby for self-catering.

You can park in the courtyard.

Both apartments are tastefully and functionally furnished, so that you will feel at home on holiday.

The accommodation enjoys a quiet but central location. You can swim at the nearby beach and enjoy the day, or go on a stroll to the nearby shops, restaurants and cafés. It is easy to get to the beautiful Paklenica and Krka national parks by car (ca. 60 and 100km).

    “Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
    Ruhige Lage, etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum, zum Strand sind es 150m, ein kleiner Laden mit einem guten Grundsortiment direkt gegenüber.
    Das ganze Haus befindet sich in einem guten Allgemeinzustand, innen und aussen war alles sehr sauber.
    Der Preis war angemessen.”

    “Das Haus war groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es war alles da, was man erwartet hat. Wir (11 Personen, 3 Familien mit Kindern) hatten zwei gut ausgestattete Küchen zur Verfügung, große klimatisierte Schlafräume und zwei große Terrassen. Die Vermieter (ein Ehepaar im Ruhestand) sind sehr nett. Das Haus ist groß und sehr gepflegt. Vorsicht beim Leitungswasser. Es ist kein Trinkwasser!”
