Apartment in a very quiet area only 100 meters from the beach

The apartment is located in a detached house in Houses, a small fraction of Lezzeno, a village on the lake which is about 25 km from Comoand only5 to Bellagio . The place is very quiet, not on the busy highway but in a closed-end street used by residents. It' is only 100 meters from the beach and 200 from the food shop, is only 1.2 km from the center of town where you can find all the services.

The house has 6 rooms, on the same floor, including 3 bedrooms. One is double, one has two single beds and the last one has 3 beds, for a total of 7 beds. Furthermore, in four rooms you have access directly to the balcony or to large terrace equipped with table, chairs and rocking, with a pergola and a very impressive view of the lake. The kitchen is well equipped, it includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, blender and coffee grinder, coffee maker and all utensils needed. The bathroom includes a toilet, a bathtub, sink and bidet. On the ground floor there is a service room where the washing machine is located, a sink, a toilet and a shower. The living room has digital TV and an extension table for dining.

Inside the property, closed by a gate, it is possible to park a car. Another car can be parked on the private access slope. If the cars are not large, they can both be parked inside. The landlords live only 200 and 350 meters from the house and can help in case of need. The property is fenced. The house has two access points, but the one below where you enter with the car is pretty steep. Two bicycles and a canoe are available free of charge an an additional service of a baby-sitter.

The site is well served and we suggest trips to the village of Bellagio, just 5 chilometers from here, and boating on the lake, where you can visit Villa Carlotta and Villla Balbianello, located on the opposite coast.
