This luxurious villa in Peloponnese is built at the edge of a cliff overlooking the Corinthian Gulf. It is surrounded by a vineyard and a winery, which produces exquisite red Syrah and white Asyrtiko organic wines. Wine lovers will appreciate tasting both varieties from the cellar, walking around the vineyard or even participating in the harvesting and crushing and pressing of the grapes.
The villa is within 2,5 km from the town of Kiato and its 3km long beach and 107 km from Athens. Most of the plot consists of well-kept vineyard but one part has been separated, gated and developed into this beautiful house and garden with grass, trees and plants.. One of the characteristics of this accommodation is the panoramic and uninterrupted sea view to the Corinthian Gulf. The 1000 m² garden with approximately 500 m² well-kept grass is partly covered with various trees such as orange, lemon, tangerine, apple and apricot trees. In the part of the garden situated in front of the house there is a large and modern swimming pool. The ground floor of the main house is 80 m² big and offers a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs the whole floor of 100 m² is dedicated to a very large master bedroom and its very large master bathroom with a whirlpool, which of course can also be used as a simple bathtub, a sauna and a modern shower with a steam bath function. The house also offers a walk-in wardrobe of 20 m² with plenty of space to fit even the biggest holiday wardrobe. At the west side of the garden there are three guest rooms with en suite bathrooms. One of the guest rooms has its own kitchen. There is a fully equipped covered barbecue area which also has a stone oven for making your own delicious pizzas, as well as a second big fridge and a wet bar. The lights are fully automated and touch screen operated. The infrastructure is of very good quality.
The house is isolated and there are no neighbours around, so you can fully enjoy the calmness it offers you without anyone interrupting you
Kiato beach is only 5 minutes drive away and offers a long 3 km beach with many beach bars and quiet spots alike. There are many cafes, tavernas and restaurants where you can dine literally on the beach.
Kiato town has numerous tavernas, bars and cafes as well as a vivid shopping pedestrian district. The area is served by the Athens suburban rail which departs from the Athens international airport and ends at Kiato after a 90-minute journey.
