Charming Holiday House in Telgruc-Sur-Mer with Private Parking and Open View

The holiday apartment is in Telgruc sur mer, at the start of the Crozon peninsula. It is an ideal base for exploring the north and south of the Finistère area. It is in a very quiet little village facing the sea, just a kilometre from a fine sandy beach, which is safe and suitable for children. It is an ideal place for leisurely, peaceful and relaxing holiday days.

The 25m² terrace has a garden suite, a parasol and a grill. The site is suitable for children. There is a private parking space. It is also possible to park near the apartment. From the veranda you can enjoy an open view of the sea. You can enjoy the tranquillity of the Breton landscape and, owing to the coastal path, the proximity to the beach just 400 metres away.

The apartment in a pretty row house is at ground level and provides 55m² of living space for four people. It has a living room with a sofa and a flatscreen TV and has a wireless Internet connection. The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped with a fridge, gas stove with an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The first bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190cm), the second has two single beds (90 x 190cm). There is also a bathroom with a shower and there is a separate WC. A travel cot is available for toddlers. There are a washing machine and a dryer in a communal room 20 metres from the apartment.

All the shops (a small supermarket, a bakery, a hairdresser, a pharmacy, a newspaper kiosk, bars) are two kilometres from the apartment, which is ideally location for a range of walks along the coastal paths. The hiking trail GR 34 is 500 metres from the apartment and is safe for adults and young people. The beautiful, fine sandy beach “Trez Bellec” is just a kilometre from your holiday residence. It is very safe for children, who can also acquaint themselves with water sports at the sailing school.

The apartment is at ground level and is wheelchair accessible.
