Generous and light apartment with a balcony and a garden, in the Passau area
This family-run, comfortable holiday apartment enjoys a central and quiet location near Bad Griesbach and Bad Füssing in the Passauerland.
The apartment for four people is on the first floor of a detached house and provides 83m² of living space. The very light living room-kitchen has a big extendable table and a comfortable corner bench with chairs for six people. The hallway with a shoe cupboard provides access to the other rooms. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a four-ring hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler, bread machine, kettle, freezer and stereo system. The comfortably furnished living room with a reading corner and satellite TV affords a lovely view out onto open countryside. One spacious, light bedroom has double beds and a big wardrobe, while the other has two single beds. The big bathroom provides a bath, shower, WC, bath towels, hand towels and a hairdryer.
The big balcony is furnished with comfortable garden chairs and a table. There is an awning for shade. You can use the big garden and park right in front of the house. A carport is available on request. There is a storage room for your own bicycles. A cot, children’s bed and a highchair can be provided. Wireless Internet access and a telephone are available. This apartment is non-smoking.
Within half a kilometre you can find a good local restaurant and tennis facilities. It is a kilometre to an organic farm shop with local products and 8-10km to supermarkets, an indoor pool, outdoor pool and the town.
