The house has a wonderful position and was restored by maintaining the characteristics of a Tuscan house.

Private swimming pool (built in earth 9 x 4m, deep: 1.40m) which disposes of a gazebo, deckchairs, tables, sun-umbrellas, external shower and magnificent views onto the valley. Guests will spend here a relaxing holiday, will enjoy the outdoor life on a special spot.

Allegria is a yellow stone mansion which lies in the hills of Buggiano (province of Pistoia), only 50 km from Florence, 25km from Lucca, 40 km from Pisa and 50 km from the beaches of the Versilia.
The whole mansion is rented and the principal house is composed of: Entrance on the ground floor (on the front side): spacious and well equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, radio, highchair, fire-place, utility room with washing machine, living room with 2 couches (one of them is a double bed settee), SAT-TV, 1 double bedroom (spacious), 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 living/dining room with 1 double bed settee, dining table, SAT-TV, fire-place, small kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, exit onto the garden, 1st floor: 1 double bedroom with panoramic views and ventilator and 1 en-suite bathroom with tub, wc, bidet. 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with tub, wc, bidet, 1 double bedroom with views, ventilator and child’s bed.
On the backside of the mansion there is another apartment - dependence (being part of the whole unite which is rented only together making 1 unit), located on the 1st floor (which is also considered ground floor as the grounds are set in terraces), kitchen-cum-dining with stove, oven, fridge, toaster, radio, SAT-TV, dvd player, air-conditioning, 1 double bed settee, 1 children's bed, 1 double bedroom with exit onto the garden, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet.The farmhouse is very cosy, furnished in country style with beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors.Internet WiFi max 1 GB/week Included
