Distinguished, authentic Andalusian holiday home

This 40 m2 one storey holiday home has a kitchen/living room (15 m2) with a double sofa and two armchairs, a table with benches and four chairs, a television, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a fireplace, a ceiling fan, an ironing board and iron, a three burner gas stove, kitchen utensils and a toaster. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, a table, nightstands, bedding, duvets, towels and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The other bedroom is furnished with two single beds, nightstands, blankets, bedding, towels and a bathroom with a tub.

There is also a patio and a typical garden with a sun shade, a barbecue, 400 m2 of lawn and stunning views.

Distances: 50 meters to a small playground and 100 meters to a large pool and a small basketball court and a football pitch. The swimming pool is shared with only one further holiday home.

    “sehr süßes kleines Haus mit atemberaubender Lage. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Man braucht allerdings auf jeden Fall ein eigens Auto. Lage ist ca. 45 Minuten vom Meer, ca. 1 Stunde nach Granada und 1 1/2 Stunden nach Cordoba.”

    “Super süßes altes Bauernhaus mit allem, was man braucht (außer Spülmaschine und Ofen). Die Lage (wie der Name Mirador schon sagt) mit Blick auf die Berge und das Tal ist wunderschön, außerdem hat man einen eigenen Garten mit Palmen, Feigen und Olivenbäumen. Der Weg zum großen Pool, den man mit drei anderen Ferienwohnungen teilt, geht durch einen wunderschönen Garten mit Spielgeräten, Volleyballplatz und Basketballplatz. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und der Vermieter ist sehr nett.
    Nachteile sind der Wind, der stark den Hang hochzieht und die Bauernhunde in der Umgebung, was aber ein spanisches Problem ist.

    Weil das Ferienhaus in den Bergen auf dem Land liegt, sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Trotzdem liegt es zentral- 45 Minuten nach Malaga, zum Strand 50 Minuten, nach Granada 1,30 Stunden, genauso wie nach Cordoba. Ohne Auto geht es nicht. Aber man bleibt auch gerne da und genießt die Ruhe. Zum Ausspannen optimal geeignet.”
