Family house in Njivice on island Krk. Best choice for groups or families. The sea and center of town are only 5 min away. The house has a beautiful panoramic sea view. There are two parking space at your disposal, grill, and garden shower. Near the house are a pharmacy, grocery shop, restaurants, many attractions for kids, parks, tennis court, beach bars, sea rental equipment... Perfect for a nice and pleasant holiday.

The apartment for rent is situated on the second floor of the house. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds, living room with kitchen equipped with electric stove, coffee machine, dining table for all persons. Fridge with freezer. Living room/kitchen have an exit to the balcony with beautiful panoramic sea view and equipped with balcony furniture. Two bathrooms with shower. Bed linen and bathroom towels are included.     “Ein sauberes, schlicht aber funktional eingerichtetes Appartement im zweiten Stock eines Hauses, in dem die Besitzerfamilie wohnt und auch noch ein Appartement im Erdgeschoss vermietet wird. Uns haben besonders gefallen: die zwei Bäder (auf zwei Halb-Etagen, also gut auch für zwei befreundete Familien geeignet) und der Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick sowie auch der Garten mit Sitzplatz unterm Baum und Grill (wir bekamen beim Feuermachen und Reinigen(!) dabei sogar Hilfe von der Besitzerin).
    Der Weg zu Fuß zum Strand und zum Ort ist kurz genug, ca 5 Minuten. Allerdings ein wenig steil, daher auch die tolle Aussicht. Und es ist weit genug weg, dass man nachts wirklich Ruhe hat.”
