House with two floors, on a little farm in the west of Sweden

It has a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. It has a bathroom with a shower and WC, a hallway, a little bedroom with a single bed, a TV room and a dining room on the ground floor. The upper floor has a hallway, a WC, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a children’s room with a bed 170cm long.
The outdoor area comprises a private garden with garden furniture, swings for children and parking space for cars. The farm is at the end of a little field track and stands completely alone, without being looked into by neighbours, and is surrounded by forest and meadows.
The house is about 4km from the nearest little village with a supermarket, petrol station and pizzeria. Tjörn is very beautiful and has many old fishing villages, cosy restaurants, a golf course and a very popular aquarelle museum. All around Tjörn there are several child-friendly beaches, as well as individual, rocky beaches. The nearest beach is about 5km from the house.
