House overlooking the sea is located in Njivice on the island. Only 5 minutes walk to the sea and the sandy beach and 10 minutes to the city center where there is a shop, post office, bank, bars, restaurants, children's parks, sports fields and other entertainment attractions. The house has only one apartment for 6 people located on the 2nd floor. The owner lives in the house. In the courtyard guests can use the parking with 2 parking spaces. For lovers of night entertainment in the place are local festivities and entertainment with live music.

    “Die Wohnung ist geplegt und sauber. Ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Allerdings ist die Wohnung ganz oben auf dem Berg, der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, umso anstrengender ist der Rückweg. Sehr, sehr anstrengend. Der Strand ist auch mit dem Auto erreichbar. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze. Wenn man die Wohnung bei schlechtem Wetter verlässt, sollte man am besten alles gleich vom Balkon räumen, sonst machts die Vermieterin selber. Leider fanden wir auch die Aufnahme in der Wohnung etwas unherzlich. Die Nachtruhe ist um 23 Uhr einzuhalten.”

    “Ausstattung und Zustand gut, es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, wir haben nicht mal eine Spinne gesehen. Es gibt aber ein Minus: der Wasserdruck in Dusche und Bad ist seeehr spärlich! Lage ist gut, es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand hinunter. Allerdings ist der Rückweg anstrengend weil bergauf. Das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.”
