This holiday rental is a classic Tuscan farm house. It is situated amidst forests and surrounded by a large olive grove on the hills of Pisa. It is in a quiet location. The only sound you will hear is the singing of the birds. Enjoy the beautiful views onto the medieval town of Vicopisano. You can reach the town on foot - it is a lovely walk along a stream, which has its source on the property.
The three storey house was furnished with attention to detail with antique furniture. It can accommodate up to 13 people in three units. On the first floor, there is a 140m2 apartment with two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds. One of the bedrooms has an additional single bed. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. A hallway leads to the main bathroom with a bathtub. Furthermore, there is a large living room with a fireplace, a television and a sleeper chair, which can accommodate further overnight guests. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a gas stove, a breadmaker and a large dining table.
Baby cot and high chairs (max. 2) must be ordered in advance and are included in the rental price.
On the second floor is a 70m2 apartment. It boasts two bedrooms and comfortably accommodates four to five people. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, offering sleeping accommodation for one or two children. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a gas stove. The bathroom has a shower. All windows are also equipped with mosquito nets.
On the ground floor, there is a small outbuilding with direct pool access. It accommodates two people and has a large modern bathroom. It also offers a kitchen with a gas stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. The patio adjacent to the pool is ideal for al fresco dining.
The spacious outside area offers plenty of space with its two patios, which are comfortably furnished with sun loungers and outdoor furniture. At the heart of the outdoor area is the swimming pool. It offers privacy and tranquillity. To ensure the safety of children, the pool is fenced in. This spacious holiday home is perfect for large families or groups of friends. Please note, that the access to the house is via a 2 km gravel road; a 4WD is ideal. Along this road to catch the first glimpse of the amazing views over Pisa and the medieval town of Vicopisano. The popular tourist destinations of Pisa and Lucca can easily be reached by car. We also recommend exploring the charming towns in the vicinity. Visit the 17th century Carthusian monastery in Calci, or visit the fortress Rocca del Brunelleschi in Vicopisano. Shops and restaurants can be found about 4km from the house.
