The family house is only 280 away from the nearest beach, from the center of Njivice is only 500 meters. In the center of Njivice is a the store, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, summer ambulance, stores with fruits and vegetables, a bank, cafes, pizzerias and restaurants ... The house is located in a relatively quiet location, has two floors, and the owners of the facility live in the House. Guests can use the parking space of the house, but can also enjoy  in common terrace and a small garden with a barbecue.

    “Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig mit den 2 Schlafzimmern, großem Wohnzimmer und Bad sowie zweitem separaten WC. Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, Handtücher werden zur Mitte der Woche zusätzlich gewechselt. Die Entfernung zum Meer ist akzeptabel, Rückweg jedoch mit teils steilem Anstieg. Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Blick aufs Meer ist von dem einen Schlafzimmer und dem Balkon echt super.

    Einrichtung der Küche wäre etwas ausbaufähig, ist aber akzeptabel. Alles sehr sauber, großer Balkon, bei 2. Schlafzimmer ein kleinerer Balkon. Einrichtung im Wohnzimmer etwas altmodisch, man versinkt in den Sofamöbeln. Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang ist super, große Programmauswahl.”

    “Traumhafter Blick von den beiden Balkonen. Wohnung und Blicke sind noch viel besser als die Fotos im Internet es erscheinen lassen. Sehr saubere, ordentliche, gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr nette, zuvorkommende Vermieter, die allerdings selbst kein Englisch und wenig Deutsch sprechen (aber die in der CH lebende Tochter und die Nachbarin).”
