The large village house, Casa 3 Leones - whose origin goes back to the beginning of the last century - has been converted into a comfortable Holiday home and completely restored, 2 houses grew together to one house The original structure was largely maintained, but updated to the latest state of the art with modern materials. Here was created a country house with a living space of about 214 sqm.The house offers on the ground floor a spacious, modern livingand dining area with open kitchen, which is perfect equiped. A living hall with AC - with bathroom and guest toilet has been restored and forms the stylish heart of the home. From here there is the access to the upper floor that has 3 bedrooms with AC and 2 bathrooms. The half of the entire upper floor extends over several levels, here you find the generous Master Room with bathroom ensuite.
Casa 3 Leones is surrounded by a Mediterranean designed garden with palm trees, cypress and citrus trees.The center of the property is a 12.5 meter long pool.Numerous terraces make the stay pleasant outdoor and a covered pool lounge and an outdoor BBQ-grill with gas make it the ideal holiday residence for all seasons.Restaurants and cafes can be found in the village and the market in Santanyi is island wide well-known and popular. In Llombards, the quiet village of Santanyi, close to the beaches of Es Trenc, Ses Salines and Cap Ses Salines, bays S `Almunia and Mondrago, here the finca Casa 3 Leones is situated.
