Very luxurious apartment in a thatched house on a big plot of land

This holiday apartment is in a thatched house in a quiet location in the south of Tinnum on the island of Sylt.

Outside there is a private garden with garden furniture, a canopy beach chair and loungers. There is also a private car parking space. The house is nestled quietly into a 1100m² garden.

The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of the Treskersand country house and provides around 45m² of living space for up to four people. It comprises a living room with a traditional tiled fireplace stove, satellite TV, a stereo system and a double sofa bed that can be pulled out. There is also a fully-equipped and modern country kitchen with a dining space and an adjoining bedroom with a big double bed and satellite TV. The bathroom has a big shower and a WC. The apartment provides everything you need.

The accommodation enjoys a quiet location on the edge of Tinnum. There are shopping facilities about a kilometre away. The beach is about two kilometres away. It is a five-minute walk to the nearest bakery. The animal park in Tinnum is 750 metres away.

A travel bed for a child is available. Dogs are allowed on request. The apartment provides high-quality oak floorboards, two LED TVs and under-floor heating. The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment has been classified as 5-star luxury by the DTV. The Treskersand country house is currently one of the most beautiful restored thatched houses on the island of Sylt.

    “Allein die ruhige Lage und das schöne Friesenhaus haben es uns angetan. Wir waren mit dem Rad in ca. 5 Min. beim Bäcker für die Brötchen. Den Weststrand haben wir mit Auto in ca. 10 Min erreicht. Doch mit dem Rad über die Tinnumer Wiesen zu radeln , hat zwar etwas länger gedauert, doch es war
    herrlich. Den Parkplatz hatten wir direkt seitlich am Apartment.Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung war top eingerichtet und liebevoll ausgestattet. Auch die 2 TV Geräte haben uns gefallen.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.”

    “Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Wohnung auch. Leider ist zu wenig Platz für Stauraum und es ist zu dunkel in der Wohnung, bedingt durch kleine Butzenfenster. Draussen ist strahlender Sonnenschein und man muss das Licht drinnen anschalten - geht gar nicht.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung mit Ihrer edlen und erstklassigen Ausstattung entspricht einer 5-Sterne-Bewertung vom DTV. Wir haben das Reetdachhaus 2012 saniert und renoviert und es ist hell mit neuen
    Holz-Kreuzsprossenfenstern. Wie Sie aus den Bildern ersehen können, ist die Fewo hell, freundlich und mit direktem Zugang nach draußen. Wir haben extra noch Gardinen mit Verdunkelungsstoff nähen lassen, für den Fall, dass die Sonne zu stark ins Haus scheint, und dass die Gäste nachts dunkel schlafen können.
    Bezüglich des Stauraums in der Wohnung muss ich sagen, das ein großer Schrank, Stauplatz unter den Betten für Koffer und ein Wandschrank zusätzlich zur Verfügung steht.”
