Holiday House in Caloosahatchee with Private Pool

This holiday home has a boat dock/lift and is in a stunning location on the Rubicon salt water canal in south eastern Cape Coral. This is the perfect property for boating enthusiasts. The newly renovated holiday home is perfect for a relaxing yet active holiday. The solar heated pool (8.90 m x 4.90 m), the whirlpool for four people and the sun loungers in the pool area, will ensure a relaxing holiday for you. Enjoy the views of the canal; especially the stunning sunsets. There are plenty of pool toys that will keep the kids entertained. The spacious patio/garden boasts a hammock, where you can read, relax and daydream. The pool area has recently been furnished with a gas barbecue (April 2015) and modern seating accommodation for six people. The boat dock boasts two chairs and makes for a lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee. Watch the turtles, the water fowl and the fish.

The 189 m² house comfortably accommodates up to eight people. The colours of the interior design concept are turquoise and white to reflect the colours of the water. Relax on the leather sofa in the living room, while keeping in touch with family, friends or work back home via the internet. The fully furnished kitchen offers everything you need for a self-catering holiday. A media area with a large flat screen HDTV and free Wi-Fi throughout the house and on the property. An additional laptop with a high-speed internet connection (10 MB) lets you surf at cyber speed. . There is also an iPad/iPod docking station. There are 100 DVDs with current movies (2011-2014) at your disposal, including DVDs for kids. . There are also adult and children's books, board games and kids games. Enjoy the beautiful interior design and the German hospitality this property has to offer. The house is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. The sliding glass doors in the living and bedrooms can be fully opened up to the pool area. The kitchen is furnished with a microwave, a news dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker, a smoothie maker and a dour slice toaster. The new two slice toaster is used for gluten free bread only. The utility room is equipped with a new washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. Both bathrooms boast large showers with rain shower heads, new toilets and new sinks. Plenty of hand and shower towels are at your disposal. Both bathrooms have windows. The three air conditioned/heated bedrooms are furnished with hypoallergenic bedding; one is furnished with a king size, the other two each with a queen size bed. A high end, comfortable queen size air bed can accommodate an additional two people. It can easily be set up in the spacious dining area.

The holiday home is located in south eastern Cape Coral and offers the perfect mix of peace and quiet and the proximity to shops and restaurants. Rent a boat and explore Florida's beautiful beaches. Play tennis, enjoy the golf courses and take in the tropical flora and fauna with the two bicycles in the house, stored in the garage. Cape Coral has numerous bicycle paths. It is only a fifteen minute boat ride to the Caloosahatchee River (no lock). It is only a two minute drive to del Prado, the main shopping street. By bike, you can reach a German bakery in a cafe in three minutes.

    “Wir - 4 Freunde - haben das Haus eine Woche gemietet. Angesprochen haben uns neben der Lage die Bilder, Ausstattung und Farben des Hauses. Alles haben wir genau so auch angetroffen. Die Ausstattung war für uns einfach perfekt, es ist super durchdacht und es fehlt an nichts. Gut ist auch die deutschsprachige Ansprechpartnerin, das hilft weiter und macht Infos leichter.
    Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt, Urlaub pur! wir wären sehr gerne noch länger geblieben.

    Bei 6 Erwachsenen würden wir zu einem Haus mit 3 Bädern raten.”
