The nearest grocery store is approx. 500 m, and the center of Malinska ca. 1.5 km. In Malinska there are: doctor's office, pharmacy, post office, banks, ATMs, numerous coffee bars, restaurants, pizzerias, etc. Pets are allowed in all apartments, and there is also air conditioning, but at an additional cost. There are parking spaces for cars in the yard, and guests can use the shared barbecue. In the yard of the family house there is a fast food restaurant that works in the summer period from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Apartment is situated on the ground floor and in its size of 90 m² comprises: kitchen, dining room and living room all-in-one-space; three bedrooms with matrimonial bed and two bathrooms (with shower and toilet). Tourist kitchen is equipped with cutlery, plates, gas/electric stove, oven, fridge with freezer and coffee machine. Apartment has a SAT TV and couch. There is 1 air conditioner unit situated in the living room. Also, this apartment has a nice and spacious terrace (size 30m²) that comes with garden furniture and a breathtaking sea view. Pets are allowed at an extra charge.
