Apartment in Torgiano with Vegetable Garden

The farm I MORI GELSI is located in the green heart of Umbria, less than a mile from Torgiano, a country sandwiched between the most beautiful villages in Italy. Framed by the rolling hills of vineyards and a characteristic landscape and enchanting. The view from the house is on the vineyards of Fattoria Spinola and in the distance of Perugia Torgiano. Despite the silence and peace that reign there, I MORI GELSI is well connected to the main road (SP401) and then you can easily get to the places of interest and historical artists: Assisi, Perugia, Deruta, Todi, Gubbio, Montefalco, Bevagna ... I MORI GELSI consists of a main house dated 1900 and lovingly restored, and its annex, which once housed the tractor shed, chicken coop and pigsty, refitted a delightful detached cottage. The house was divided into two spacious and comfortable apartments 140sqm each, ideal for families or friends. It 'set in a large private garden with swimming pool, fruit trees available to the customer, flowering plants. Each apartment has its own private outdoor space consisting of a large pergola, lit and furnished with a beautiful hand painted Deruta table and chairs. Guests also can enjoy a barbecue private. The area in a company insists Wildlife Hunting: in fact very often the guests they encounter colorful pheasants and hares fast that roam freely and undisturbed. An organic garden is free at their disposal during their stay, as are free organic eggs from the farm. Tourists will find a great welcome basket upon arrival with all the fixings for breakfast and two bottles of fine wine DOP and IGP Fattoria Spinola as a gift. Ground floor with a large living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen with also dish-washer, microwave, and washing machine, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower; first floor has a large living room with fireplace, 1 double bedroom with baby cot, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtube and shower settings. In the heart of an historic DOC wine Estate, near Perugia, Assisi and towns of art. Accessible to wheelchairs, pets allowed.     “Die Ausstattung des Hauses war gut. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine alles vorhanden. Auch wenn die Elektrik nicht zulässt das 2 Maschinen zeitgleich laufen”

    “Geweldig huis in prachtige rustige omgeving. Het huis is ruim, netjes met 2 goede badkamers.
    Het staat in een prachtige ruime tuin met heerlijk zwembad dat bijna dagelijks wordt schoongemaakt. De gastvrouw is zeer gastvrij, spreekt goed Engels en zorgt voor een ruim welkomstpakket: koelkast vol groenten uit eigen biologische tuin en 2 flessen wijn uit eigen brouwerij. Ook tijdens het verblijf waren we altijd welkom in haar moestuin waar we tomaten, komkommers, meloen, courgettes en kruiden ed mochten meenemen.
    Echt een aanrader!
    De gratis WiFi is trouwens ook prima.”
