This property is in an incomparable location, with a view of the surrounding mountains and the Txingudi bay, surrounded by trees that provide shelter and peace and quiet. Here you can get away from everyday stress, really switch off and relax.

All the rooms in Villa Ohantcea are very generaous and light and the house comprises a total of 250m² and can accommodate 12 people comfortably in six bedrooms, and a maximum of 14 people. The ground floor provides ideal areas for spending time together, as well as the possibility to retreat quietly. The entrance area merges with a further dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, two fridges, grill, oven, microwave, toaster, two electric coffee machines, a Nespresso machine, many other items and a relaxation area. The dining space has two designer dining tables with a capacity of up to 14 people. This part leads seamlessly into the living room with its big sofa for up to eight people, which has comfortable cushions. There is also a stylish coffee table. There is an adjoining chill-out area, with special Chinese seating furniture and Thai cushions, a desk with a chair, a laptop (wireless Internet access available) and a reading lamp, therefore the ideal place to read a book or play card games together. You can also just switch off and relax. The ground floor also has a bathroom with a shower, WC and washbasin. There are two bedrooms with double beds, one of which even has its own bathroom with a WC and washbasin. The first floor has four further bedrooms. It also has a lounge, three balconies, a private terrace and a bathroom with a bath, WC and a separate shower for absolute privacy. The lounge provides a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player with many films and direct access to a balcony with a great view out over the garden, the mountains and the bay.

The bedrooms are very harmoniously decorated. They provide a maximum of comfort and cosiness. There are six bedrooms in total and therefore space for 12 people. One bedroom can accommodate up to four people. A supplementary bed can be added to each of two other bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have a balcony or terrace. The others have a view of the garden or towards the bay. Only the best of materials have been used. The rooms on the first floor have central heating and on the ground floor the two rooms even have underfloor heating. The accommodation is also ideal for children. The living room on the ground floor opens onto a terrace with a big dining table for 12 people and onto the garden. There is a grill area on the terrace. The garden is very extensive and provides plenty of spots in the shade, as well as in the sun. Loungers and parasols are provided. Two car parking spaces are available on site.

No matter whether you are with your family or a group of friends, on a business trip or here for a special event, this house provides the perfect setting for every occasion. The house is characterised by grey and elegant floors, contrasting with the white walls. The house was built in 1911 by a French geographer and architect and was last renovated in 2011. The exterior is dominated by white and red, which are typical of the Basque region. The interesting mixture of new and old elements make the house particularly charming. It is adorned with furniture from different countries, in some cases individual pieces.

The property is just a few minutes from the Hendaye beach and affords great views of the sea and mountains. The house is on one of the most beautiful stretches of Atlantic coast, the Basque coast, just a few minutes’ walk from Hendaye, the longest beach in the region, which is also great for windsurfing.
