Sicilian holiday apartment with a private pool

This holiday apartment is in an ideal location between Etna and the sea, near Giarre and Riposto.

The holiday apartment of around 70 m² with a balcony is on the ground floor and has a large bedroom with a double bed and three single beds, a bathroom with a bath, bidet and WC, and a kitchen equipped with an oven, gas stove, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, crockery and cutlery. In the kitchen there are also a table, chairs and a TV. Air conditioning and Internet access are available.

In the outdoor area (100 m²), situated to the rear, there is a private swimming pool. In front of the swimming pool there is an area with garden furniture (large parasol, table and chairs, sun loungers). Here you can arrange barbecue evenings, or simply relax and enjoy the summer evenings. There is an interior parking space. Bicycles are available for use.

There are restaurants and supermarkets a few hundred metres from the holiday apartment. In the vicinity you can find sandy, pebbled and rocky beaches. From the yacht harbour about 2 km in Riposto you can go on day trips during the summer months to the Aeolian Islands. The nearby inland villages hold gastronomic festivals in summer, where you can sample specialities of Sicilian cuisine. This is also the right place for those who prefer winter holidays: the snowy slopes of Etna are easily accessible and afford a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape. The major places by the Ionian Sea, such as Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Acireale and Catania, are all within a radius of 15 km.

    “Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einer guten Grundausstattung. Die Vermieter sind vor Ort und helfen einem gerne weiter. Sehr schöner Pool in einem schönen und sauberen Garten. Gesamter Bereich ist abgesperrt bzw. umzäunt. Sehr ruhige Lage. Kein Verkehrslärm weil etwas außerhalb gelegen, dafür sollte man dort mit einem Fahrzeug/Mietwagen unterwegs sein.”

    “Das Ferienhaus verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Lediglich eine Couch und im zweiten Obergeschoss ein weiteres Badezimmer wären wünschenswert. Nach unserer Abreise wollten die Vermieter jedoch einen Teil des sehr großen Schlafzimmers im Obergeschoss abtrennen und daraus ein Badezimmer mit Duschmöglichkeit machen, wodurch die Wohnung noch aufgewertet wird. Die im selben Haus wohnenden Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und immer sehr hilfsbereit.
    Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Wohnlage. Die nächste Bäckerein sowie der nächstgelegene Supermarkt sind ein gutes Stück entfernt.”
