Holiday apartment in a quiet location in the Erzgebirge

The city apartment is in a quiet location in the town of Annaberg-Buchholz in a big house on the second floor, with a beautiful view.

There is a pleasantly planted little garden with a garden bench by the house entrance, along with a little table and 2-3 chairs in summer, which you can share use of on request.

The apartment is comfortable, new, modern and tastefully furnished. It provides 50m² of space for up to four people. It has a fully-equipped, red kitchen with many appliances, including a fridge, stove with oven, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The living room has a modern cupboard wall and a double sofa bed, as well as comfortable seating and a TV. The bathroom has a bath with a shower. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, and two further people can sleep on the new and modern double sofa bed in the living room.

It is just a few hundred metres to town and various shops. Public transport is also nearby.

The most beautiful time to visit is no doubt the Advent and Christmas period. The Christmas market is one of the most beautiful in Germany. Take a couple of extra days of holiday and enjoy this romantic time here. Switch off, or go on a lovely winter walk on Pöhlberg. There is a lot to see and do in this beautiful town. You can visit the “Dream Factory”, the St. Annen Church, the Frohnauer Hammer or the three mines. There is a museum with model trains for children, or you can go on a ride with the narrow-gauge railway. The surroundings are mountainous and varied, therefore suitable for those who like hiking but also want to be near town. The owners have an ice skating rink on the market square. Apart from skiing you can also enjoy other winter sports nearby. If you are planning a trip and are looking for pleasant accommodation for your winter holiday, then this is just the right place for you. A small group of motorbikers (3-4 people) is also welcome. Motorbikes can be parked in a garage. Only one dog is allowed on request. On the ground floor of the house there is a modern hairdressers with a good range of wellness and Ayurveda massages, as well as health advice.. Special beauty programs or wellness weekends can be booked in the house. The same house has another larger holiday apartment (max. 7-8 people), so both apartments could also be booked together for a group.

    “Es ist eine schöne helle, große Ferienwohnung die komplett ausgestattet ist. Die Lage ist optimal da die FW sehr Stadtnah ist. Normalerweise hätte ich auch 5 Sterne gegeben aber leider war uns die Wohnung zu kalt, dazu muss ich aber sagen das wir bei Minusgraden dort Urlaub gemacht haben und wahrscheinlich die Holzfenster daran schuld waren. Ansonsten sind die Vermieter sehr nett und auch bemüht es einem recht zu machen.”
