This 130m² apartment decorated with a rustic flair, with its own garden and balcony, is in the midst of nature, between Emsland and Hasetal, in the triangle between Meppen, Lingen and Cloppenburg.
The apartment has a big living and dining room with a fireplace stove, a separate kitchen, three charmingly and individually furnished double bedrooms, a bathroom with a WC, two washbasins, a shower and a bath, and a big hallway with a sitting corner and wireless Internet access.
The garden has a terrace with a gazebo, garden furniture and loungers, a grill area and campfire spot, and a little fenced-in garden pond, a wooden shed with table football and darts, a little playing corner with a sandpit and slide, a table tennis table and a basketball hoop, as well as a swimming pool (diameter 3.5m) in summer. There is a car port for your car, as well as a lockable parking space for your bicycles.
