Pure rest and relaxation - Holidays in typical Scandinavian Villas equipped with a private pool. This is suitable for 8 up to maximum of 10 people and is located directly behind the dike on an artificial lake. These exclusive holiday homes are located on 800 square metres land in a splendid holiday park and all can have unobstructed views of the lake. In one part of the house the pool with children's area and counter-current swimming pool, hot tub with therapy jets, a sauna, a shower and the second bath are accommodated. Here you can have great fun and also relax wonderfully by the fireplace in the living room. There are many activities in Otterndorf and Cuxhaven and the picturesque ancient town of Otterdorf. Its half-timbered houses and cosy, narrow streets invite the whole family to a fun-filled holiday. There are bike rental, mini golf, tennis and paddle courts and a playground available on site. The surrounding area offers excellent opportunities for anglers and surfers. Also cruises to Helgoland are organised. As the houses are situated right on the water, you have a magnificent view over the lake from the terrace. The lake invites you for canoeing as well as for swimming. Smoking is permitted in the house DNS101. House DNS110 is a non-smoking home. Important: Mini Holiday & Optional arrival can also be booked in low season until 28 days before arrival.

    “Tolle Lage, große Terrasse, schöne Gegend, nah zur Elbe, für Radfahren sehr geeignet.Tolle Fischbuden. Der See und das Angebot am See ergibt viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Ideal für Hunde da viele eingezäunte Hundeplätze da sind. Schöner, riesiger Spielplatz.
    2 Doppelzimmer könnten etwas größer sein, Betten zu schmal.”

    “Der Zustand des Hauses war, bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten, einwandfrei. Alles was zum täglichen Bedarf zählt, war vor Ort im Haus aufzufinden. Von Töpfen über Pfannen, bis hin zum Grill auf der Terrasse. Preis/Leistung war daher,in unseren Augen, Top! Der wunderschöne Ausblick von der Terrasse, über den See, lädt einfach zum genießen ein. Das Schwimmbad, der Whirlpool und die Sauna haben das ganze für uns abgerundet. Ein kleines Manko ist das dortige Ameisenproblem, welches jedoch nicht speziell für dieses Haus, sondern viel mehr für diverse Ferienhäuser gilt.”

    “Häuschen ist eigentlich ganz gemütlich und schön. Stank nur etwas nach Rauch. Pool sowie Whirlpool war sehr sauber und gut. Einziges was wir schlecht fanden, bzw was uns überrascht hat waren die extrem hohen Nebenkosten.”

    “Das Haus war für uns, besonders für unsere Kinder, nur wegen seinem Schwimmbad empfehlenswert, obwohl das Schwimmbad sehr ungepflegt war. Letztes Jahr hatten wir den gleichen Haustyp in Grömnitz und da war das Schwimmbad perferkt.
    Der Boden der Wohnung war verschlissen und wurde rund geputzt (d. h. alle Ecken waren schmutzig - besonders im Bad). Die Amatur im Bad war defekt, wurde aber nach der Reklamation sofort ausgetauscht. Die Handwerker waren klasse.
    Das Geschirr war sehr übersichtilich (Es gabe z. B. keine Dessertteller, so das wir für das Frühstück oder den Kuchen immer auf große Eßteller nehmen mussten).
    Der Trockner war nicht in Ordnung.
