This beautiful stone holiday home with swimming pool and remarkably spacious plot is located only ca. 10 minutes of drive away from the most beautiful Istrian beaches, which can be found in Rabac. The house is built of Istrian stone, while the furniture is mainly hand-made from oak wood. The unit is adjusted to the contemporary living standards. The house has an indoor fireplace, which is located in the living room on the ground floor, while the large and comfortable bedrooms are on the upper floor. The holiday home is located on the verge of the village, from where in only ca. 10 minutes of drive you can reach the small historical town of Labin on top of the hill.
