Centrally located villa with holiday apartments, with a big garden, by the nature reserve

The detached villa was built in 1912 and was comprehensively renovated in 2003. The villa is about 200 metres from the beach in Sellin and the bridge (the thirteenth house from the bridge, going down Wilhelmstrasse). The front side of the villa faces Wilhelmstrasse, lined with summer linden trees, while the rear faces the nature reserve of the Granitz beech forests.

Each apartment is comfortably furnished and has a generous balcony or loggia. The apartments have fully-equipped kitchens and bathrooms, satellite TV and a radio. On arrival, fresh bed linen, towels and tea towels are already set out. There is gas central heating. The site is partially enclosed and in the front area there is a cherry laurel hedge, but which is not very high. On the other side there is a slope and the forest. Parking spaces are available for a fee, but must be booked in advance.

The location of the villa is very central. The beach is 200 metres away and the restaurants on Wilhelmstrasse from only around 20 metres away. Shopping facilities in the centre of Sellin are within easy walking distance (bakery 30 metres, newspapers 30 metres, supermarket 300 metres).

Owing to the very positive guest reviews in recent years, we are still offering a wellness special at the villa: a wellness voucher (worth 50 euros, per booking) for the five-star Roewers private hotel with an exclusive wellness area, opposite the villa. This applies to bookings from five nights between January and May.

Holiday apartment 2 for up to six people

The three-room holiday apartment no. 2 measuring 63m² is suitable for up to six people and is on the ground floor on the side facing Wilhelmstrasse. It provides two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), the second has two single beds (90 x 200cm). The double sofa bed in the living room can accommodate a fifth and sixth person. The fully-equipped kitchen unit includes an oven, stove, fridge, toaster, kettle and dishwasher, facilitating washing up. The bathroom has a shower, WC, hairdryer and washbasin. A child’s bed and highchair can be provided free of charge on request. Free wireless Internet access is available.

Dogs and other pets are allowed free of charge on request. Smoking is prohibited throughout the house, but is possible on the balcony. There is a sauna and a also a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, all for shared use.

The bedrooms open onto the first balcony, while the living room provides access to the second balcony. Garden furniture is provided.

The villa is characterised by a facade in a historical seaside architecture style, which has been refurbished with great attention to detail, as well as the use of high-quality and ecological building materials (e.g. antiallergenic paints and insulation materials). The villa is surrounded by a garden for the use of all guests, especially those in the ground-floor apartments.

    “Mit der Sauberkeit waren wir zufrieden, außer auf dem Balkon. Die Ausstattung war okay, es war alles da. Der Fernseher müsste mal erneuert werden und die Spülmaschine war nicht einwandfrei. Da die Wohnung mitten auf der Promenade liegt, kann man sehr gut alles zu Fuß erreichen.”

    “Die Lage des Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend, man ist selbst mit Kinderwagen in wenigen Minuten direkt am Meer. Tolle Strandpromenade, schöner Sand am Strand. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist zufriedenstellend, die Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und präsent. Die Ferienwohnung ist an der Hauptstraße mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften gelegen, dennoch nicht laut. Man hat alles in Fußnähe, von morgens Brötchen holen, bis Abends Essen gehen.”
