The standig individually holiday home, renovated in 2006 is functional and in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the valley from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded hillside location at the edge of the woods. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, hollywood swing and fire place.

Cortona, district Farinaio, 350 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 3000 sqm, closed garden plot and forest plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 100 m). Parking lot (for 5 cars) in the carport and on the property.
