Functional, detached holiday flat in a holiday park near Saint-Tropez

This holiday flat with a small garden is situated in a holiday park in Gassin, a suburb of Saint-Tropez on the Côte d'Azur.

There are three patios - one is partially covered - in front of the house. The bedroom's and the living area grant access to the patios. There is also a small garden, where you can relax and read on sun loungers. The beautiful view of the garden reveals sun shades and pink flowering bay trees. Parking is available.

The living/dining area with a television, a dining table and a sofa bed is at the centre of the bungalow. The open plan, fully equipped kitchen unit with a four burner ceran stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher and small appliances. Adjacent to this central room, to either side, are the bedrooms. The bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet. A washing machine is at your disposal in the basement.

Shopping facilities and supermarkets can be found less than 500 meters from the property. It is only 1.5 km to the beach of Cogolin Gassin and 5 km to the beaches of Pampelonne Ramatuelle. We highly recommend a trip to Saint-Tropez, only 3.5 km from the property.

    “Positiv: Pas loin des commerces et plages ainsi que loisirs. Negativ: Ménage non fait, très décevant , surtout en cette période de Covid qui nécessite une désinfection et un nettoyage irréprochable !”

Sehenswürdigkeiten, Ausflugsziele und die Umgebung waren fast nicht zu übertreffen. Wir haben selten einen schöneren Urlaub verlebt. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gut.     “Zustand der Anlage wirkt insgesamt desolat und baufällig. Das Haus war ungepflegt und schmutzig. Überall war Hundekot auf den Wegen und in den Anlagen. Hundegebell täglich ab 6 Uhr in der Früh, Dauer ca. 1h, Schlaf nicht möglich!”

    “Avis totalement de mauvaise foi. Nous sommes allés après ces locataires, il n'y avait aucune crotte de chien dans la maison, ni sur le terrain, la maison était propre. Nous ne sommes pas responsable si un locataire d'une maison voisine avait un chien qui aboyait pendant leur semaine de vacances.”
