Ground-floor apartment for four people with many nostalgic details

The apartment on the ground floor provides a living room of over 50m², which you enter directly through the front door. The last residents used this room as a cow barn. The original layout can still be seen in the reused historical terracotta slabs in the former hallway. The bathroom is proof that history can be combined successfully with comfort. It has an integrated well with a historical mirror, as well as a shower, WC and urinal, a washbasin made of shell limestone. The bedroom has a double bed made of hand-hewn soft wood beams. The kitchen provides both traditional and modern kitchen appliances for convenient self-catering. If you do not wish to try your luck with the wood-burning stove, you can use the induction hob, which can be pulled out from the kitchen unit. A coffee machine, toaster, kettle and fridge with freezer compartment are also provided. The kitchen has a dining table in a country style for four people. The living room provides two very comfortable, high-quality sofas, which can be pulled out as sofa beds measuring 120 x 200cm.
