Lovingly furnished holiday home on two floors with a cosy garden plus verandah and an outdoor kitchen

The holiday home is located just outside of Palma de Mallorca, in a quiet, rural neighbourhood.

On the upper floor there is a large sun terrace with table and chairs. Outside the house you also have the opportunity to enjoy the garden and furnished verandah as well as use the outdoor kitchen with grill/barbecue. An outdoor shower allows you to refresh yourself in between. You will also find a parking space next to the house in the garden.

It has 220 sqm over two floors and offers space for ten people. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed as well as a single bed and a bathroom. In another bedroom is a second single bed and also an own bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of crockery and electrical appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer compartment and a stove. In addition, there is a laundry room with a washing machine. The upper floor has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and a cupboard, the third room has two single beds and cupboard as well as two bathrooms.

From the house, you have the possibility to use public transport. Restaurants with typical Majorcan cuisine are also in the nearby surrounding area. The beach is about 5 km away.

    “La dueña y la persona que se encargaba del mantenimiento, muy cercanos y amables Positiv: La casa es muy bonita y agradable. La piscina una gozada y el porche una maravilla Negativ: La ubicación de la casa. Un poco alejada del centro.
    La iluminación en las habitaciones un poco deficiente”

    “Het is een mooi huis in een rustige buurt op zo'n 15 minuten rijden van het centrum van Mallorca. Het huis is zeer ruim met voldoende slaapgelegenheid en gescheiden badkamers/sanitair. Verder is er een uitgebreide keuken zowel binnen als buiten. Het huis is tevens voorzien van een klein maar comfortabel zwembad. Vanwege de warmte is een airconditioning (zeker in de slaapkamers) aan te bevelen omdat het anders maar moeilijk koel te krijgen is.”

    “Rustikale schöne Ausstattung und absolut einwandfreies und sauberes Anwesen. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die Außenküche und der Grill im Außenbereich. Man kann sich immer draußen aufhalten und den Urlaub genießen. Sehr entgegenkommende Vermieterin sowie eine sehr professionelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung.

    Das Haus ist durch die vielen Doppel- und Einzelzimmer sowie die vielen Bäder für die Personenzahl absolut ausreichend und komfortabel. Günstige Taxiverbindung nach Palma und S´Arenal. Für eine Reise mit Freunden oder der Familie absolut empfehlenswert.”

    Rent och snyggt. Trevlig omgivning.
