The five-star holiday house can accommodate up to eight people and an additional small child within 120m² of living space. The house is ideal for families with children, a multigenerational hliday, a holiday with friends, or couples seeking peace and quiet. The stylish interior of a high standard will ensure that your holiday is an unforgettable experience. The house was completed in 2012 and is on an estate in Rerik that consists of new buildings and a grandiose manor castle.

There are double doors opened with an individual code from outside for access to the house. The ground floor has a big living and dining room with a cosy leather sitting corner, a fireplace stove and a big dining table for eight people, as well as a fully-equipped built-in kitchen with quality appliances. There is also a big shower room with a sauna. If you are not out and about then you can sit on the suite and enjoy satellite TV or watching a good film on DVD. If you prefer music then a stereo system with a radio/CD and iPod and USB connection is available. Or you can relax in front of the fireplace stove and listen to the fire crackling. There is a modern, fully-equipped and generous living room-kitchen with a big fridge and freezer compartment, induction hob, cooker hood, a raised oven, a dishwasher, microwave etc. There is also a washing machine. A highchair is available for a toddler. The modern bathroom comprises a sauna, a walk-in shower with a glass cubicle, a toilet and a washbasin. Double doors lead out into the fresh Baltic Sea air after a visit to the sauna. A hairdryer is available. A fly screen in the door prevents the intrusion of unwelcome guests

The upper floor is ideal for retreating and enjoying a good night’s sleep or a siesta. All the beds have adjustable slatted frames and are of a comfortable height. The firmness of the mattresses varies, so you can try on arrival which suits you best. All the bedrooms can be darkened. There is also a lovely wellness bathroom for relaxing, with a bath, a walk-in shower with a glass cubicle, a toilet, a washbasin and a hairdryer. The windows are fitted with insect screens, to keep unwanted guests out. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), bedside tables and a big wardrobe, and a safe for your valuables. The second bedroom also has a double bed (180 x 200cm), bedside tables and a wardrobe. Those who enjoy watching TV (satellite) before going to sleep can choose this room. If you have a small child then an additional travel bed can be provided. The third bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200cm), bedside tables and a sideboard, as well as satellite TV. The converted attic is ideal for children, with a further bedroom with a bunk bed (90 x 200cm), reading lamps and a cosy playing corner with sitting cushions and satellite TV. The windows are also fitted with insect screens.

Two cars can be parked right in front of the door. If you bring or hire bicycles, then you can park them in a lockable bicycle shed. The outdoor area has an open layout. The living and dining room opens onto a big terrace. The big garden table for eight peple invites you to enjoy sociable grill evenings, with an electric grill available in the bicycle shed. Charcoal and open fire or lighters are not allowed, owing to fire safety regulations for the thatched houses. The house is also non-smoking.

You can use free wireless Internet access in the gastronomy area nearby. The lower and upper floor are tiled throughout, which is ideal for allergy sufferers, while the attic is laid with vinyl. A children’s table and two stools, children’s crockery and cutlery are provided. Dogs are welcome, but are not allowed on the fabrics, sofa or beds.

    “Positiv: Das Haus ist schön und gut aufgeteilt. Die Lage ist ruhig und nicht weit weg vom Wasser. Negativ: Leider wurde das insgesamt Haus nicht gründlich gereinigt. Zusätzlich hat der Abfluss in der oberen Dusche nicht richtig funktioniert und der Geschirrspüler war verdreckt. Außerdem müsste die Küchenausstattung überprüft werden, zu wenig „normale“ Gläser und große Tassen für 8 Personen, im Messerblock stecken nur defekte Messer.”

    “Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit gehobener Ausstattung. Das Haus ist eines von sieben oder acht gleichartigen Häusern, die in einem Halbkreis angeordnet sind. Zwar ist man, wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt, recht nah an den anderen Häusern, wir haben das aber nie als störend empfunden. Außerdem sind die Terrassen nie einander zugewandt. Wenn die bereits gepflanzte Hecke einmal höher gewachsen ist, verringert sich dieses "Problem" weiter.
    Wir, d.h. 4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder und ein Hund, verbrachten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und können das Objekt uneingeschränkt jedem empfehlen. Der direkte Kontakt zu den Vermietern war super nett und problemlos. Es würde mich auch nicht wundern, wenn wir zu Wiederholungstätern würden.”

    “Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen, die Lage ist optimal, das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt, sehr gut ausgestattet - gehobenes Nivau -und sollte man einmal etwas zu bemängeln haben, wird sich sofort darum gekümmert! Super Sevice!”
