This holiday home is located at the entrance of the hamlet of Santa Lucia, on the hills of Versilia, and it is a nice and comfortable semidetached house.

In a light windy place, so that it is pleasant to stay on the terrace during the sunny season, the holiday apartment of 90sqm is on 3 levels.
The entrance is through a large terrace level (about 60 m2), from which one can enjoy a breathtaking view over the coast and the seaside.
The sunset is magnificent.

On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and a double divan bed, a large kitchen with dining area, and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an extra single divan bed and a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor another double bedroom.
Private car parking. Internet wi fi connection. Washing machine.

The beaches are at only 9 km, and Pietrasanta, a wonderful little medieval village, where one can find a lot of art workshops and exhibitions, is only 8 km away.
Lucca and Pisa are at just half an hour driving distance. In the village of Santa Lucia there is a restaurant, but the most important feature is its position. The village is, in fact, situated on top of a little hill facing the coast, so that the view is breathtaking.

    “Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Lage, umgeben von Olivenbäumen, wenn auch etwas abgelegen zu den nächsten Orten und Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten jeden Tag auf der großen schönen Terrasse verbringen. Uns fehlten eine Kaffeemaschine oder wenigstens einen Filter um Kaffee zu trinken. Das Geschirr ist reichlich, aber um sich selbst zu verköstigen fehlen Gegenstände wie Kartoffelschäler, Biergläser. Die Pfannen machten nicht den geeignetsten Eindruck.”

    “Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt bei diesem Haus, deshalb geben wir 5 Sterne. "What you see, is what you get" - das trifft voll zu.

    Sehr gefallen hat uns:
    + Aussicht nach Süden bis zum Meer
    + große Terrasse
    + Grill
    + gut ausgestattete Küche
    + 2 Badezimmer
    + Haus mit Flair

    Nicht gefallen hat uns:
    - die Bettwäsche und die Decken müssten schon längst erneuert werden
    - kein WLAN
    - im Hochsommer heiß”

    “Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön. Von allen Zimmern aus hat man einen tollen Blick ins Tal bis zum Meer. Auf der Terrasse kann man wunderbar entspannen. Es geht immer ein angenehmes Lüftchen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist prima, wir haben alles sauber vorgefunden, es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die Handtücher und die Bettdecken könnten erneuert werden.”
