This unique and very nicely furnished holiday home with swimming pool is situated in a small idyllic Istrian village, positioned only ca. 20 minutes of drive away from the most beautiful beaches in Istria. Nearby, there is the historical town of Labin, well-known as the town of artists, so it is a perfect place for the art lovers. In Labin you will find plenty of small galleries and workshops with original ceramic items. This truly is a paradise for families with children due to exceptionally spacious surroundings with abundance of Mediterranean vegetation, grapevine and lavender. The house consists of two parts: a very spacious apartment stretching over two storeys and a smaller accommodation unit with separate entrance, which is positioned on the ground floor.
