    “Das Objekt ist sehr lieblos und abgewohnt. Es befinden sich für 6 Personen lediglich 4 alte Sonnenliegen (3 vergammelte aus Bambus, 1 etwas bessere aus Plastik, nur 2 Auflagen dafür gefunden) im Objekt. Der Garten befindet sich ebenfalls in einem ungepflegten Zustand. Die Fliesen im Randbereich der Terrasse sind teilweise lose und stellen eine echte Gefahr dar, da man, wenn man die falsche Fliese erwischt, durchaus stürzen kann. Die Lage des Objektes ist gut.
