This finca enjoys a beautiful location on the crest of a hill near the town of Coin.

The rustic style finca was partially renovated and various decorative details have been added. The single storey building measures approx. 128m². It features three bedrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms share one bathroom. Each bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The generous living-/dining area includes the open plan kitchen which is equipped with a dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There also is a fireplace, satellite tv and a dining table.

The finca boasts a 360º panoramic view of Sierra de las Nieves mountain range. The garden, shielded from onlookers, hosts the swimming pool and a barbecue corner. Fruits and vegetables are grown on the premises including oranges, lemons, avocados, apples, pears and much more, and there also are many almond and olive trees.

Electricity supply and water connection are available. The finca has its own water spring and watering system. There are three cats on the finca, so the property is not suitable for guests with a cat allergy.

Your accommodation is only a few minutes away from Coin’s town centre where you find all the shops you might need.

    “Super Haus in einer schönen Lage ohne viele Touristen. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist optimal, alles was man benötigt kann man dort finden. Toller Pool mit einem schönen offenen Garten und die Grillecke mit reichlich Platz macht fast jeden Abend unvergesslich. Der Vermieter ist Deutsch und ein absolut netter, offener Mann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Coin ca. 5 min mit dem Auto.”

    “Denne feriebolig er helt fantastisk. Den ligger super flot og der er fred og ro. Poolen, haven og omgivelserne var for os helt perfekte. Huset var rent og meget pænt, der var alt hvad vi havde brug for, specielt massere af håndklæder og sengelinned. Der er den smukkeste udsigt når du sidder på terrassen og nyder din morgenkaffe eller drink om aften. Hvis du mangler appelsiner eller citroner, så kan du gå ned i haven foran huset og plukke dem, de smager helt fantastisk.”
